Managing seasonal changes
Adjusting session schedules
When your schedule changes between seasons, update the recurring session times on your existing activities rather than creating new ones:Edit the schedule
Modify the session times, days, or frequency to reflect the new season. Add new time slots or remove ones that no longer apply.
Holiday closures
For planned closures (bank holidays, Christmas, maintenance days), remove or cancel the specific sessions rather than deactivating the entire activity:- Open the activity’s schedule view in your bookings dashboard.
- Find the session on the closure date.
- Cancel the session. If customers have already booked, process cancellations and refunds as needed.
Cancelling individual sessions frees up the capacity and notifies any waitlisted customers that the session is no longer running.
Seasonal pricing
Adjust pricing for peak and off-peak periods using discount codes:| Strategy | How to implement |
